TH-739MA Toe Lasting Machine used for the lasting operation of the upper`s forepart and equipped with the applicator. The rod cement of polyester or polyimide is designed for use, which ensures higher flexibility.
Computerized Automatic Cement Shoe Toe Lasting Machine Features:
The fully hydraulic operating system is equipped with all our series Shoe Lasting Machine.
The PLC program is inputted with the touch screen to operate the Shoe Machine with the graphical symbols.
The setting of the parameters (time and stroke) is by numerical key in, with the protection of the key switch to avoid the reading or changing by the non-authorized.
Over 50 different shoe size are programmable and memorable with the Automatic Shoe Lasting Machine.
Lasting error diagnostic is readable on the Shoe Making Machine monitor.
9 fine adjustable and quick-exchangeable pincers are mounted on a double tracking pincer plate.
The first pincer can be adjusted with the 15 degrees swing angle left or right, it is suitable for the pincer arrangement of the special toe shape shoes.
The automatic turning inward of the fifth pincers, increase the lasting perfection of the inner part.
Each pincer can be set with automatic pulling or manual operated, preventing the upper made of different materials is only pulled on one side.
