CHARACTERS
1. Adopt touch pattern control panel, a numerical indication of melt glue temperature, outflow glue quantity, and outflow glue temperature, infinitely variable speed adjustment of outflow glue quantity.
2. Waterfall type outflow gluing system by a single pump, make the gluing surface smooth, flow equalization, uniform pressure, the glue quantity is adjustable.
3. Adopt the automatic gelatinization, edge division, pounding integrative of hot-melt adhesive glue, which saves the time of gluing raw rubber latex, power glue and heating time, also in accordance with environment protection.
4. The dual protection by light resistance and parameter of machine working controls outflow glue quantity, which makes the outflow glue steadily and the speed optional.
5. With the automatic electronic locating of servo motor, it can save 40% energy and electricity.
